Business Development | Client Solutions
As Co-founder and Managing Partner, Candace leads business development and client solutions. She has over a decade of experience as a nonprofit leader, turnaround principal, and state education administrator. Her expertise in change management, leader development, adult learning, and research gives her the ability to identify client pain points, intelligently discuss resolutions, and design and deliver custom, data-derived, and high impact solutions. Candace has a B.A. in English from Cornell University and a M.S.Ed in Education, Culture, & Society from the University of Pennsylvania.
Finance | Operations | Strategy
As Co-founder and Managing Partner, Everett oversees business operations, manages company finances, and formulates internal and external business strategy. He brings management and executive expertise from insurance, regulatory education, and corporate training, and has built high performing teams as a transformational leader of both national and global learning and development organizations. He received both his B.S. in Management and MBA from Rosemont College.
Julia brings operations and education expertise in both non- and for-profit sectors to the Senior Associate role. This unique combination of skills makes her an invaluable member of the team and a vital resource to clients seeking a range of support—from process to learning & development to grant writing and equity. Julia has a B.S. in Biobehavioral Health and Women’s Studies from Pennsylvania State University, and a M.Ed in Urban Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ameen is a highly regarded local expert on restorative practices, organizational culture, and diversity and has led professional learning nationally on the implementation of restorative structures across organizations. As a Senior Associate at Grovider, he consults with leaders to design strong culture systems that create organizational change and improve operational effectiveness. He possesses a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Human Development & Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University.
As the Associate supporting projects and operations, Kiana brings expertise from a research role at Temple University and as a Policy Fellow at Philadelphia City Council. Her ability to manage both internal and external challenges alongside Grovider's Managing Partners not only aids in organizational effectiveness but also helps our Client Solutions team seamlessly deliver quality service. Kiana has a B.A. in English from Saint Joseph's University and is pursuing her M.Ed in Urban Education from Temple University.
Karen brings more than 20 years of leadership coaching experience and a demonstrated track record of achieving life-changing outcomes with children and adults. She is a master at leveraging individuals’ strengths, unpacking disempowering mindsets, and empowering people to do the “real work” that leads to lasting change. Karen’s strategic, direct, tailored approach to coaching has allowed her to help people truly lead people, change existing cultures, and accomplish results they had never imagined... “game-changing” results. While Karen has developed and tuned her practice for years, she appreciates the foundation that her degrees have provided: a B.A. in English from Hampton University, a M.A. in Secondary Education from The George Washington University and a M.S. in Supervision and Administration from Trinity University.
DR. RONARDO REEVES
Having held roles as an assistant principal, turnaround principal, and Chief Academic Officer, Ronardo brings an additional layer of executive-level skill and knowledge to Grovider. Coupled with his experience as K-12, special education, and university faculty, Dr. Reeves is uniquely positioned to confer with C-level and executive leadership in all industries to achieve organizational objectives effectively. He believes that all people can make significant personal and social gains when challenged and supported, and that it is leadership’s responsibility to set expectations that push individuals to emerge from challenges as their best selves. In addition to being a U.S. Air Force veteran, Ronardo holds a B.A. in Psychology from Oglethorpe University, a M.A. in School Counseling from Clark-Atlanta University, and both Ed.S. and Ed.D. degrees in Instructional Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction, respectively, from Argosy University Sarasota. He’s also a father and proud mentor to three of his former students.
